I love reading PDF books on my Office MacBook.
The Reason -- Preview in Fullscreen is amazing with displaying two pages at the same time and the trackpad gestures are always spot-on. I am finding myself using Mac more and more for reading textbooks relevant to my work and switching to a text editor which is also in fullscreen but on another virtual desktop, just by swiping 3 fingers to the left or right. It's amazingly intuitive!
I don't have the same experience when I try to read on my Windows Laptop. And I find it hard to believe that Windows does not have something equally intuitive.
https://yellowguides350.weebly.com/timecode-reader-for-mac.html. I have a fujitsu t902 tabletPC, with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. It is by no means inferior in terms of features, specially when it comes to hardware - specially since it has touch screen and digitizer to aid in gesture control and stuff. Granted it's trackpad is small in size and does not have enough room to be as good as the macbook trackpad.
What Is A Good Pdf Editor For Mac![]() Adobe Reader For Mac
The problem that I have is with Windows 10 and the lack of a good PDF read as Preview in Mac.

My need is very basic. All I want is:
(1) Display my PDF in fullscreen and render a sharp 2 page view of the PDF document
(2) Let me switch to another virtual desktop via a touchscreen gesture or keyboard gesture or even a trackpad gesture, so that I can jump back and forth between my book and a notes taking app intuitively without a lot of effort
For point # 1 , I have tried the following PDF readers on Windows 10 so far and none of them are giving me what I want and at the same level as Preview does:
Nfo reader for mac. Preview just gets itself out of the way and lets me read the PDF. It lets me flip pages via gestures and the best part of it all, is that it somehow renders the text amazingly sharp and at the right magnification that I don't find it too small or find myself straining to read. I never have to even bother setting the 'zoom'/'magnification of the text
For #2 I have looked at Windows Settings, enabled virtual-desktops but the keypress combination to switch is too cumbersome. I looked for a way to set up touch screen gestures for switching between virtual desktops, but I did not find anything.
Please help me make my Windows experience as good as my Mac experience. I like windows a lot, I have always been a fan. In the past I figured out with the help of forums and communities on how to configure Windows exactly to meet my subtle requirements and I was never let down by Windows. Please don't disappoint me Windows and Windows community!
